The landscape is still challenging for communications service providers (CSPs) trying to grow revenues in both the B2C and B2C segments. But there is some light for those CSPs able to embrace innovation in areas such as financial services, cloud and security services, as well as newer areas such as AI. B2B is once again outperforming B2C as operators look for new service areas to offset declines in more traditional services.
